This one is about making mistakes, duh. I don't know about you guys, but I was raised in belief that making mistakes is pretty much the worst thing you can do, and should be avoided at all costs. It took me a lifetime to understand that "the worst mistake is to not make any"...Mistakes are the best thing that can happen in life, so don't be afraid to make them.Layers of paper with different typefaces represent attempts, each scraped off in a symbol of a mistake. So the piece consists of mistakes, creating one whole.

Hi, I just saw this and I thought it sounded very familiar to my DA personal quote which says "The greatest mistake you can make in life is to be continually fearing you will make one."
I agree with your statement above and mistakes are like trials they're good cause you learn lots from them but then again it totally depends on if a person is willing to learn from the mistakes or not.

amen to that, i love making mistakes, i actualy found pleasure in suffering (no i aint emo or anything), i just found an understanding in that everything has an good thing about it, and the more i suffer, the more i learn from it, the easyer my life may become
