For everything in this pic.
Like how he's not wearing his hoodie, he has a scarf, and the title is "Jackson".

The title is "Jackson" because early on in the production of the film, I don't think that they knew what they were going to call Norman. They probably went through names. Jackson was one of those.

Norman's not wearing his red hoodie or red and white shirt because one of the things that seemed to stick for a while in production art of the film was that he wore a red scarf and reddish/blackish sweater. Even in art where he isn't wearing his sweater, he still has his scarf.

EDIT: My overwhelming enthusiasm for Laika's staff back in the day baffles my mind. I literally drew this as a child and now, as a big, full-grown, still pretty irresponsible adult, I'm pissing my pants over Laika's latest, greatest projects. Some things never change, I guess.
