Jay wasn't banned for no reason.
True, trolls and the like may have reported him, but he still broke the rules of Tumblr.
So he got thrown out.
I wouldn't be complaining because I wouldn't be in the same situation as he was because I wouldn't do what he did.

So many other people have done the same and have not nearly gotten enough reports at one time as he did. Everyone targeted and spam reported him. Tumblr mods take down shit if enough people complain about it. There is no rule on tumblr that says you can't draw porn of underage fictional characters. People just targeted him for that and committed libel saying he was a pedophile, racist, and sexist.
So yes...haters were a big part of it

You're right; some have actually gotten less.
There is no rule on tumblr that says you can't draw porn of underage fictional characters.
In Tumblr's community guidelines under "Harm To Minors":
Be thoughtful when posting anything involving a minor. Don't post anything relating to minors that is sexually suggestive or violent."
I'm pretty sure that includes fictional characters.
Besides that, TiaraWhy was banned from Tumblr, too. The reason? Bestiality porn (her pony on human art.) Something tells me that if Tumblr doesn't tolerate bestiality (involving fictional characters or otherwise) it sure as hell won't tolerate child pornography.
Besides that, Tumblr is a bussiness. It doesn't want any liabilities on its hands.

I dunno about the racist and sexist thing, but I do believe something about transphobia came up. And whether it's due to his attraction to ponies themselves or not, he admitted that he would have sex with the Cutie Mark Crusaders (who are, ya know, children) as he created sexual artwork of them. If that doesn't make him sound at least a little like a pedo, I have no idea what will.

Oh, I'm sure when people saw that they had a reason to take him down, they jumped at it. But, yeah, Jay still did wrong, and whether you're a fan of his or not, you shouldn't defend him when he does something wrong.

I just think people need to chill out, someone drawing porn of fictional characters isn't hurting anybody, people are just douches sometimes :/ especially if they didn't like that person to begin with...I bet almost half of those people didn't even care about that and just wanted to target him for the "lulz". It's pretty stupid.
