I liked this too much to scrap it, so I flat coloured it and wah lah. I recall saying that I was going to draw these two eventually.
Karasu is super creepy-cool. I wonder what it'll take to have a puppet just like him in real life. Kankuro & Karasu from Naruto, are © Masashi Kishimoto.

I loooove how you rendered Karasu's cape/cloak there, it looks like one of those crazy Japanese ink drawings that are so amazing! Teh sort of chaotic randomness of the lines also adds to the sense of wildness and danger of the peice. It's so fitting & so Kankuro! The monochromaticness of it also fits this particular character very well. <3

heh. Kankuro ain't the nicest guy around but he sure does look cool.. i think it's the kitty-like ears that i like the best.. XP
but yea.. that puppet of his.. Karasu? it even has a name? yea.. kinda creeped me out when you first saw it in the lilttle Trial match thingers..episode...really cool technique there tho... uh-huh...
but anyways i likes this picture a lot.. uh-huh... i haven't really seen any fanart of Kankuro that much...but i liked this piccie good.. and Karasu looks pretty creepy there.. but that's what i like about it.. '3'

the contrast between the two types of line you've used is very good: clean on the guy and then dirty on the puppet.
the colors are simple and ... it's awesome.

Karasu scares me 
Other than that, it is a well composed picture. I like how you have them both sitting slightly off-centre. The colours go very well together, giving it a 'spookily' calm look to it. Kankuro looks his normal calm self where'as Karasu just looks... eyyah!

OMG, you actually made Kankuro looks so kind and genial here! I don't normally see fanart of him around and I really like how you portray him here especially when you juxtaspose him with the scary-looking Karasu. And the earthy, washed-out toned work really well too.
I hope I can cosplay as him someday.. ^^
