This is a cool looking Link. Kind of has that swash buckeler feel to him.

Those eyes are so unnatural and - by extension - perfect for the character. It's easy to forget that all Link's are essentially primordial embodiments of a godly feeling, but man, you seemed to perfectly envision that spark of spiritual unnaturalness that I love to see recognised in LoZ characters.

There's SO much I love about Link, everything you've said. Plus he's like the goddamned Mona Lisa, the enigmatic smile that's not a smile. He's just so NEUTRAL, it's such a difficult balance to achieve, one tiny lean towards manly, he's too manly, a little bit too girly and he looks like a girl (Like Nintendo found out D: ) It's such a challenge.. The most neutral androgynous character I know of yet he's somehow so goofy and full of expression. I'll probably be drawing him forever!
