Very nice job here, I love this ink effect you went for. I especially love the subtle creep of the lines on the second panel, it makes for a very nice atmosphere.

If you get artifacts like in panel 5, work the lineart layer with the pencil tool. You don't need to be obsessive over every stray fragment, but don't let the blacks go where you don't want them to. However, do not touch the type in panel 3. That subtle texture looks great (if it's typeface, nice choice. Disregard what I said). If you increase the left margin to match the right it will center the image and give a bit of breathing room for the balloons along the left edge.

I cleaned up the artifacts and shifted the margins.
The type effect actually comes from me using a white gel pen over a inked black solid. The gel works like white out but occassionally leaves some hint of the under layer but that translates well during the scan.
