Great concept; it feels so natural that for a military to do this in a world where monster's exist. Some really awesome detail work too. I kind of feel like the image is a little flat though and some really strong black elements might help add a sense of depth.

Hmm, makes me think of The Hills Have Eyes; the idea of the military dropping nuclear radiation on towns, unaware they were creating monsters.
