This is perhaps one of the only good pieces of work i've seen on horror-artists. I like this piece very much, and i especially love the detail. I am a detail junky! Is there a backstory to this?

I try to make backstories for my characters (such as my fantasy story right now, which is my core story for now), but right now I really don't have anything in the mind for zombies so this guy is pretty much just a fun, gory Halloween illustration like Stacey wretchedspawn2012.deviantart.cā¦
...Hopefully in the future I'll think of something cause I want to do something with zombies, I just don't want to write another cliche virus-infected town and five dumb broads that have to escape kind of story.
