Well tbh I rolled my eyes when I heard It was getting a remake, cause newer horror movies imo are getting really fucking boring and generic. Not to mention Hollywood is getting too comfortable remaking and rebooting everything now which is kinda irritating because it puts a roadblock on creativity and newer ideas. But contrary to what backlash modern horror movies are getting these days (especially remakes) I have been hearing a lot of positive things about the new It movie...for one it is actually SCARY and well written and two..it actually had a budget. So I gave it a shot friday night. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised, and I honestly haven't been impressed with a modern horror movie for years, probably since 30 Days of Night or 28 Weeks Later and the remake of the Hills Have Eyes.Honestly this movie actually made me uncomfortable and tense up quite a few times. I have been wanting a horror movie to feel that way for a long time and IT did the job.
Well as for the drawing itself....I think my favorite part of the film is when Pennywise rolls his eyes back and unveils multiple rows of teeth and his mouth gradually expands.

I just got back from seeing the movie, and to be honest, I don't think he was as scary as he should've been. Personally, I think you did a better job here than what the movie did.

The Violator is an evil clown that transforms into a demon (I did a inkling of his demon form)
watch some videos of him on Youtube, the sharp teeth drastically spreading the mouth open are what got me thinking violator

It was scary for modern horror movie standards, I think. And I am not really moved by this generation of horror, it's too much generic paranormal ghost/ possession rubbish. They're literally all the same.
It didn't come close to freaking me out like the Hills Have Eyes remake did, but it kept me engaged and made me feel like I was watching a horror movie that was actually trying for once lmao
