A continuation of the [link] project. Since the deadline is pretty much upon me - here is my submission for the Evo contest.Why is it so huge you ask? Because I was messing around with the layout (since this was all done on an A4 sketch page, hence it starts off big and gets itty bitty to the end) and now when I shrink it, it does weird things. So gay.
This wasnt the original scene I wanted to enter, but I started it and it happened. This is the scene that convinced me to use Rogue as Georgette. If you replace the vanity with anger I think they go pretty well.
There was no room left on the page to include Pietro's part sorry
EDIT - Thought I'd best clarify that this is from Disney's Oliver and Company!

Absolutely perfect. Mostly because I can totally see the Ragin' Cajun giving a picture like that to Rogue.

I do not think that this was praised near enough for its cleverness. I think this is one of my favorite entries to that contest and COMPLETELY deserved more recognition. It's so well cast and hilarious. I love how you changed the lines JUST slightly to make it fit PERFECTLY. This is just such a great idea and I love the casting choices.
Makes me wonder who Oliver is...Pietro? The expressions and actions are really adorable too. This is really an awesome awesome piece...that the Brotherhood club needs to fave...right now.

Oliver was actually cast already (I provided a wee link). Pietro is cast too though to be honest, his wasnt such a good fit. But he had to stay in the group because of the rest of the brotherhood's fit. I couldnt split them up!

Oh, I checked out the link and totally did not understand that they were those characters. It's been so long since I've seen the movie I didn't recognize the line Wanda was saying. I just thought it was an attempt at a DIFFERENT entry idea. WHOOPS!
Kitty as Oliver? I guess...because...her name...is "Kitty?" and Oliver's a cat? I guess I can see that.
Yeah, Oliver's a hard one to match with the Evo characters. Though the others are totally spot on!

haha yeah, Kitty as Oliver - there was a little bit of laziness what with her name n'all. But mostly it was because I needed a character that could transition between the two groups but ulimately end up with the Xmen. I had seen a fanfic with Jamie used before, which I thought was quite good - but I cant really see Jamie / Lance bond (the fanfic used Todd as Dodger, which was very clever, but I couldnt resist Todd as Tito!)

lol, I love this. To death. It amuses the crap out of me. Everything from Rogue's shocked face to Todd's attempt at flirting to Rogue's possessiveness/embarrassment over Gambit's picture.

Nice, lol! I actually thought about Oliver and Company myself, but I gave up on it. Yours is far better than I could have even come close too. I love it, Rogue as Georgette... and from the previous picture, I'm guesing Kitty is Oliver right? Who was supposed to be the little girl?

haha thanks - yeah Kitty is Oliver but Jenny (the little girl) didnt have a specific counter part in my mind, I was just using the Xmen as a whole. Although Jenny's butler would most definitely have been Scott
