A funny thing, when I was writing this page I pretty much went ahead and ran it by Adam in the middle of doing it if he was alright with doing that last panel given how crowded it is - there are more people in that one panel than in the entirety of the last (non-filler) page, putting that into perspective a bit. It didn't really wind up being all that much of a timesink fortunately, and has actually come in fairly useful in coloring the pages after it given how it has most of the head colors from throughout this scene accounted for.

For what it's worth you might notice there's a little more in the way of detail to the chests here than usual - that's something we got to experimenting with several pages after this, and when this one was being shaded went ahead and did some limited retroactive implementation of it here. It's not quite as detailed as that eventual shift is going to be since was really just doing some last-minute polish on an already finished page, but do think in its own right it looks better.

Down and the Light That Remembers are ideas I've had bouncing around in my head for awhile now - we actually did Down's design alongside Daryl's but have been making a point of not showing that one off, since we've got some cool visuals in mind for his proper introduction. Won't be too late into the chapter, this one gets into the action fairly early - nice benefit of doing the split chapter thing with this story, didn't have to waste a lot of time on the buildup.

Heh.... Really tired from work if my comments are a bit light, folks. Hope you guys'll enjoy the chapter going forward; the meat of this one is... heh... especially meat-y. ^^ Really looking forward to drawing a lot of specific pages.

It'll be a bit before this is shown off further on the new style, hope you'll enjoy when that starts in full. ^^

Kinda all I got.... The new page sizes are gonna take me a bit of time to get used to, but think it still works. Thoughts?
