So cool--everything was set up very nice! I want to know how it all works--I'm assuming everything was salted a lot? Maybe maybe not? I'm sure with how busy the market is that the fish set out like this go very quickly and more is on ice in the back or something.Namdaemun Market, Seoul, South Korea, March 2019.
