I just loved the tree so I wanted to share it. I had just visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs I believe. Everyone was so welcoming and informative. It was a very nice meeting, i learned a ton. At this point I have to say I was noticing the smog because I kept thinking, why is my camera out of focus?? Well, it wasn't me, it was the air. There were many trees like this with these bulbous shaped branches every where of all shapes and sizes.ΒMarch 2019 Seoul, South Korea

It is, but they instantly passed a series of laws and regulations to start combating it! That was a super fast reaction.Β
