Description Over the years many people have been bullied by their bosses and have been forced to keep quiet or loose their jobs through the manipulative nature of their employer. The issue is that the bosses have complete control over their employees and thus can ruin the chance for the employee to go up the hypothetical ladder leading some of the employees facing no option butΒ Β to leave their place of employment.

Although the member of staff could take the matter to a tribunal most don't think the legal system will work for them. This leads to the member of staff feeling that the best way of the issue is to go and find a new place of work. The problem of finding new places of work is the fact that the the world is still in recession and there are less and less jobs out there.

Employers would rather hire someone for a month and treat them badly so they leave quickly then hire someone for long term and treat them with the respect they deserve.

The problem of course stems from the inherited power that employers have over their staff. This is how it should be to a certain degree. But bullying their staff is not acceptable by any means.

I completely agree. You know what though? This kind of thing also happens at schools to students BY teachers. Problem is that no one wants to believe a child or teenager over a teacher with a reputation. Students are often forced in situations where the only thing they can do is sit and obey. If not they get suspended or expelled.

the topic is about teachers or anyone who has power over someone. Boss or Bully just seemed to fit easily

As someone who has seen this happen time and again, I completely agree with you.
