A charm will serve my purpose well.

I flip the pages one by one,
But of mouse spells I find none.
Is it past the toadstool charm?
I search with ever mounting alarm

Where do you hide, my stomach’s delight?
Page twenty? Fifty? Lost in plain sight!
In this mystical tome, I squint and peer,
The page must be missing, oh what a fear!

I give a hoot of wanton despair,
For the spell I thought was definitely there.
For me there’ll be no rodent feast,
And my poor stomach will get no peace.
