Description
This was drawn for the Back-To-School contest at All-Bleach-Fans.It is a group picture of all the 'exchange students' that have ever appeared in Ichigo's class and Ochi-sensei to keep them in line.
For those of you who don't follow the anime, I'll introduce the filler characters.
The little blond girl on the right is Kasumiouji Rurichiyo. She's a spoilt princess and she is angry at Hitsugaya that he didn't treat her as such. Hitsugaya is angry at Rurichiyo because she treated him like her servant and because she's taller than him. Rurichiyo's bodyguards Enryuu (the big one) and Kenryuu (the smaller one) are angry at Hitsugaya that he didn't bow to their princess.
I don't have to introduce Hirako Shinji. I'll just say that he's falling from the chair because he made a pass at Matsumoto, who wasn't impressed and punched him.
The thing Abarai Renji is studying is a juice box. Rukia amuses herself watching him trying to figure out how does it work. Ikkaku is wondering too.
Ayasegawa Yumichika just watches everything, because he's too beautiful to participate in such ugly shenanigans.
Ochi-sensei is about to smack Ikkaku on the head for bringing a sword to the classroom.
The dark-haired girl next to Yumichika is Haida Kyouko, a filler character everybody probably forgot the moment the episode that featured her ended. She's the only real transfer student here. She ponders whether she has still time to return to her old school. At least the bullies back there were normal.

Notice how Shiro doesn't even reach Enryuu's waist? Hilarious! I seriously think the animators make Toshiro taller than he actually is. It makes me mad. Who wouldn't want to see small adorable little boy!? I could just hug him to death!

Another great picture that actually tells a story! Poor Hitsugaya, he just can't catch a break...even Rurichiyo is taller than him? (I love how you actually draw him at his correct size, only 4 ft. 4 in. Most of the time, even the anime studio can't get it right, and draw him taller than he's actually listed as being.) Shinji probably would get clobbered by Matsumoto if they met like that, in Ichigo's school. It's funny that Miss Ochi soesn't seem to be all that concerned that so many transfer students just seem to come and go all the time. And yeah, you're right, I did totally forget about that normal girl transferring in. She would be better off going back to her old school, if she knew what's good for her.

Hitsugaya is the 2nd to 3rd shortest character in Bleach (only Yachiru is shorter and Hiyori ie exactly the same height.) Rurichiyo is taller than Kurosaki twins in the scene when they show together, Hitsugaya is shorter than them.
Shinji would get clobbered a lot and not just by Matsumoto.
Ochi probably realized that if she didn't just ignore everything, she'd end up in the madhouse in no time.
Kyouko isn't exactly normal, but she really should have picked a different school.

I love Toushiro as little as he is, it makes him extra lovable & cute that way! Besides Yachiru, little Nel is shorter than him, but since he's never met her, I guess it doesn't matter. Imagine if they did meet? Toushiro would be thrilled to find someone smaller than him, but then if she were to 'pop' back to her original state, he'd probably want to avoid her, she gives much worse "death-hugs" than Matsumoto!
It's funny to realize he's even shorter than Rurichiyo, especially because she always acted like such a spoiled princess, she made you think of her as being a lot younger than she must've been.
I felt bad for Toushiro having to put up with Hiyori's obnoxious abuse when he met her, when she mocked him for being short. Hiyori, have you measured yourself, ever?
As for Kyouko, I meant she was more normal, compared to the company she was with.

Nel is actually a grown woman, so she doesn't really count. I agree about her grown-up form. Hitsugaya would run screaming.
Rurichiyo acts immature and Hitsugaya does his best to act adult. It's so funny when he's the only one acting mature around.
Hiyori tortures everybody. According to official statistics, she's just as short as Hitsugaya.
Compared to these people it's hard to look weird.
