Being an apprentice close to qualifying as a jewelry maker, Lyrei still needed to complete a few theory tests to earn her qualification. This meant spending time at a finishing school to prove her knowledge.

On one particular day, their professor didn't turn up as the students sat in the room feeling aimless. Eventually, an administrator for the school entered the room to inform the students their professor was absent due to being sick. He then informed the students that they should use this time to study; exiting the room once he finished speaking. Ignoring the advice, all the students began socializing, while others' joined in a group to play cards. Lyrei happily joined the group playing cards. After a few hands, one student named Cameron made a suggestion, "We should make this a little more interesting."

With the last card on the table, Lyrei sensed victory, it was an ace, giving her a flush. With her last five copper coins in hand, Lyrei dropped them on the table. Immediately, Cameron said, "I raise." Dropping twenty copper coins on the table.

"I can't match that bet," Lyrei stated.

"What about that necklace?" Cameron asked.

"What about it?" She asked while holding the little trinket on the end of her necklace.

"It looks pretty cheap. I bet it's worth around that."

"Hey!" Lyrei yelled angrily.

"What's wrong? I bet it's not even worth ten copper. I feel like you're getting a bargain," he smiled.

Lyrei remembered back to when her sister gifted her the necklace at a very young age, then said, "That's unfair. It's worth a lot to me."

"Then I guess you'll have to fold."

With an annoyed glare, Lyrei unhooked her necklace and dropped it on the table. "You'll live to regret that," she grinned while throwing her cards on the table to reveal a flush with two kings and three aces.

"Yep... very regrettable," he sighed while throwing a ten and Jack on the table, revealing that Cameron had all the matching suits, achieving a royal flush. "Very regrettable for you," he laughed.

In stunned disbelief, Lyrei reached out to snatch the necklace off the table. "NOOOOO! You can't have it!" She wailed while clutching the necklace tightly.

"Come on, Lyrei. I won it fair and square."

"But you can't have it," she exclaimed with a gloomy expression.

With swift movement, Cameron reached across the table to pry the necklace off Lyrei's hands after a tense struggle. "Give it back! She shrieked.

"Nope, not doing it. It's mine now," Cameron giggled gleefully.

"Please! I'll do anything!" She begged.

"Anything?" He asked.

"Yes! That necklace is very important to me."

"Okay. I'll give it back, but only on one condition," Cameron replied with an evil smirk.

"Just name it!" Lyrei cried in despair.

"I want you to walk down the hall with your leggings pulled down," he smiled while nodding.

"W-what?" Lyrei asked.

"Walk down the hall with your pants pulled down enough to show your panties. Do that and I'll give back your necklace."

"You... you're such a pervert!" Lyrei screeched.

"Hey, you lost the bet. If you want your necklace back, then go walk out in the hall with your pants down."
