Description
This was one of my entries for Mr. EPW. The theme was one color, and my color was purple. Wasn't easy finding more purple than what was on my wings and outfit, so I did this instead. I like how it came out.Related content

how did you do this? I've been working in PS for quite a long time but I usually do the same things over and over again. Or maybe you didn't do this in ps:/ looks really cool

It was in Photoshop.
There's a simpler way of doing it, but since I can never remember it, what I do is:
-Make a new layer, paint it black, and set it to (I think) Hue. It would make the picture black and white.
-Erase where you want the color to show from.
This picture took me about an hour, if not longer, to edit.
I just play with things in PS and if I like it, I keep it.
