Very lovely in particular the character and the designs, graceful shapes of curvilinear & edgy make for a unique hairdress & outfit topping both organic while sharp. Also like how the "fairy ribbon" section around her shoulders is of firm, leather-like fabric and restrained to outline her curves and smoooth main dress. The gentle collection of light and wavy auras is ethereally realized in tandem with the whispy nocturne splendour of the background. Simply stellar!
Classic of Mountains and Seas... is it ShanHaiJing (山海經)? That's one of the earliest records of Asian fantastic & legend...
