If you use painter to draw and color ... why do you go to photoshop for final touches?
could you tell me because I am new in drawing and I am wonder which is the best for coloring!!

Photoshop's brushes wouldn't mix the near colors.
So that when I draw on screen or overlay layers, I often use Photoshop.
The other reason is it's looks better anti-aliasing in Photoshop.
It's hard for me to talk in English,hope you could understand what I mean.
