Commission for TechdragonTech the dragon is quite a unique creature, someone you can say was made for tickling. With all the feathery fluff along the length of his body, in addition to his soft bristle-like claws, it is easy for him to coil up his victims as he sees fit. In this case, that victim was Nehb. Poor snake was taken high up to Techs domain, taking on his arsenal of tickle techniques. :3

Look at all that variety of tickling~ From manipulative feathery fluff, to feathers, to tongue, and massive tail. Poor snake has a completely exposed underside. I love how the area near the end of the snake's tail is getting a lot of teasing too, since it's thin yet still muscular and with plenty of hidden nerves underneath, and now that area is getting teased all over with light jabs. :3
