Haha, I know you usually draw non-humans but that would be a hilarious pic, a triumphant Bowser, removing a defeated Mario's shoes and forcing the protesting plumbers feet into custom made tickle shoes, I imagine a lot of taunting would go along with that too, lol! And the lotion is a nice touch, I thought it was either that or like itch powder of some sort but I couldn't be totally sure.

Yeah I guess it's pretty absurd to think about Bowser using tickling against someone but it's also pretty absurd to think of him getting tickled voluntarily so I guess it works. Actually I'd say that it makes it even better lol and I totally agree, oils and lotion are some of my favorite tickle tools!

I dunno, I think if Bowser got Mario it would be a little more than silliness, like maybe 30+ years of pent up frustration at losing all the time. And yeah, it can be used to get a guy who thinks he isn't ticklish to realize he is or in this case, make a great time better!
