Yup, I'm riding on the Velma (2023) hate-train. Granted, I have ZERO desire to watch Velma let alone hate-watching 'cause let's face it, hate-watching won't do a darn thing. I've never watched a single episode of Velma, but I can tell from the trailer's that it's going to suck. Besides, I'm not going to refer to the Velma in the show as Velma (both character and show). I'm going to refer to her as Smell-ma (RebelTaxi's words, not mine). And as you can see, Lexi Bunny from Loonatics Unleashed is very displeased to see Smell-ma say her "joke" about adults still watching cartoons. Too bad for the show, these "cartoons that grown-ups still watch"... are far more adult than the showrunners give 'em credit for. Hell, Loonatics Unleashed is far more adult than Smell-ma. Plus, I'm pretty sure Lexi would despise people who are like the characters of the Smell-ma show for being unlikeable, loathesome jerks. Besides, everybody in the future will look back at Smell-ma as a crappy product of the time. Heck, it'll probably suffer the same fate as Santa Inc. if people stop watching it. 'Cause to paraphrase Jay Sherman from The Critic "If the TV show stinks, just don't watch it."
