Here's a picture of The Spectacular Spider-Man of Earth-26496 revealing his name to Lexi Bunny from Loonatics Unleashed and Lexi does so vice-versa. Peter's grown up as we see him in my "Spectacular Spider-Man - 6 Years Later" pic and him and Lexi are around the same age. He might've got himself accidentally transported to Acmetropolis while fighting one of his baddies. And that's where he meets the Loonatics as well as Lexi herself. I'd think they'd make good friends with each other. Peter and Lexi are illustrated by me while the backgrounds belong to WB.
