Love this picture. Poor Hikari and Amane. This picture makes me all sentimental and sad for them. (I've read the fic, so I know what happens.)

It does make me sad too, but as I explained at the end of chapter two, something had to be said about the way they handled the final episodes of the anime in relation to these two, and that was the most convincing way I could find of saying it. I always liked the pairing for its innocence and believability. I just couldn't stomach the random fan service shoved in at the end because they couldn't get a similar scene in with Shizuma and Nagisa... Publisher's demographics etc... Ruined a perfectly good love story.
Still, thatβs not to say things are over permanently for them. These two just need some time to figure out their own issues first.

Very good ^_^ I've always loved this show. It was very strange compared to other shoujo ai/yuri shows I've seen though. Probably because it seems that other than a few cafeteria scenes, only the characters in play are visible. Like when they visit town. Anyone notice that nobody else was in that train? Just wonderin :\

Something not quite right about Shizuma that's really bugging me, and Nagia is a half foot too short... but at the size it'll be printed they're hardly capital crimes. Gonna shade it tomorrow, since the line alone took the entire day o_0

Damn, that's a long time. Though I can sympathize; when you want to do well, it takes time. My writing is the same way.

Exactly; it would be pointless to put two years into a fic and then illustrate it with rubbish. If the effort was a problem, I'd be better commissioning someone to do it for me, and then it wouldn't look anything like the scenes did in my head no doubt.
How is the writing going btw? I've seen enough pieces go up lately?

It's great; I've been writing a bit more for Clowning Around and came up with some new concepts for it,such as locales and treasures that play a big role. If you find the time, I'd like your opinion. The chapters done so far are in my gallery.
