It's not entirely clear what this rainbow-esque color scheme represents since its only appearance in the show has been for a brief moment in Seeing Red, and so far nothing of consequence came from it.
It at the very least seems to indicate some form of balance of a moonflower's emotions, so we'll just go with that: Balanced.
