Sven Hoek is Ren's extremely dim-witted Swedish cousin and his brain is so tiny (it might be same size as a bean). He always counts the numbers in wrong order. I remembered he puts two dices into his nostrils before counting. That's not how to roll a dice. He is completely retarded. Then he takes 2 dices out of his nostrils and gives them to Stimpy. That is so disgusting. I'm gonna be sick.
He also has a collection of disgusting stuff just like Stimpy has.
