Ah so this is Bloodhoundβs pure form? I didnβt make the connection from the WIP earlier.
Anyways, this turned out as a lovely representation of him with a nice flow of his white fur and purple/pink paw pads, nose, inner ear and eye markings. The magic of the icy aqua swirls and the redβ¦ uhhβ¦ lava lampβness? ( >.< ) turned out very beautifully, and with the addition of the arch and starry sky, it has really nice theme to it overall.

But now that I know for certain, I think the idea of using air and earth was a pretty cool idea, especially because everyone tends to do fire and ice instead. I like balance you portrayed to this and also the uniqueness of using two βdifferentβ elements to represent that.

I have been sucking down the green tea, like there's no tomorrow, and as far as I knew, from what my belly was telling me, there wasn't X3. Thanks for the lovely thoughts hun, and I'm really glad that my picture came across as well as it seems to have. ^^ I'm actually getting alot of feedback on the bg, which makes me all kinds of happy...since my bg's make me cringe X3... Media used: Water color pencil, for the sky. Metallic sharpie for the stars, Prisma colored pencil for the ground, random markers for the magics, and grey prisma marker, for the accents on the Hound.

This is so pretty, I love the details in here, all the textures and patterns are gorgeous. I love the way you shade fur because it's subtle and not overthetop, yet it does the job perfectly and makes the characters you draw look lovely and fluffy. The colours chosen look great too, I love the dark blue with the decorative stars. This looks like it could be used as a card or something, its so pretty.
