I'm so proud of this picture.
Even though the hand was a pain to draw. 
For some reason I always picture Jeff the Killer in a medical outfit. Well, for one thing I suppose that's a good way to hide his scars, and secondly, he can put plenty of people to sleep with whatever's in that syringe.

The way I imagine Jeff he has a whole bunch of knives in his medical coat - knives of all sorts doctors use for different operations. And that syringe.
