Something I made for my Halloween party.
Requirements:
1 cheap wallamart long black wig
1 plastic severed arm, cut the end with broken bone down to a flat surface, then paint it white
Any cheap white sheets you can use to cut up to make the "ring" of cloth around the hands wrist
Nail the wig to a head shaped wig holder
Tie thin string to the wrist, and to the neck, then tie the other end to the back of the tv
Place the neck and the wrist flat on the tv so they look like their sticking out, and use heavy dooty clear tape
Place cloth around the neck and wrist to look like clothing
Turn tv to a static chanel, and turn out lights
See how your unsuspecting friends react
