Post processing tab:
Super DOF (depth of feild) Line up the overlayed images at your desired focus distance
Colour mod: draining the colour is usually a good first step (colour multiplier)
Bloom: experiment, find a good mix but don't burn out the eyes of people
Use lamps to get the desired higlights in those dark areas.
