like last year I also made at the last day of the year something to show and see how much I improved

I actually wanted to make that with painted portaits buuuut
I was a lazy piece of shit today in in the morning (yes that thing here made my morning) and I'm also kind of sick and need to work on my last commission and trade
Also, I still want to train my cellshade so, last year I showed how much I improve in paintings and this year in cellshading
Also like last year, I drawed here my newest character I own too.
Kind of newest character
Smart watchers which knows me for a long time maybe have a idea how or what that is going to be.

It's Raptor Hybrid
Mix between a Micro-/ and Utahraptor with some other hybrid features like the ears
