The colouring is very good, and so is the lineart.
The hands are a little bit dodgy though.
Although, saying that, it always takes me forever to get hands to look right XD

Especially because your work shows promise =] The anatomy of the figure is generally quite good, and so is the colouring =]
So if you can get both of them right, I'm sure you'll be able to get the hands right fairly quickly =]
I'd suggest using a reference at first. Like take a picture of a human hand the way you want it to be positioned, and try copying that picture =]
