name suggestions:
Anoj (A younger brother who is very charming)
Ayrton (A powerful and charming individual)
Catura (A skillful, clever and charming Boy)

Since the villain would be the half brother of Raz, then I did decide to add things that could give indications that the lion I designed would be the half-brother,
like the dual colored muzzle, dark ear rim and dark shaded nose as well as outlander nose
the pelt color is a more dull golden, so one of the parents, most likely the mother, would be in a greyish/brown tone, like the outlanders,
and that's where the orange eye color would be from too
I did add a back stripe to give him some more differences to his half-brother
and since you wanted a handsome face, I added what I consider handsome (and would give a charming manipulator vibe) a mustache/beard and some freckles
the beard isn't fully grown in this picture, it will grow a bit more but not to the point where he could use his charm to manipulate anyone
his mane is also still not fully grown, that still has some growing to do
