It's hard to say, because there is a lot of dino toys that I don't know or don't have. But I love Papo's tyrannosaurus, velociraptor, triceratops, brachiosaurus and spinosaurus.

I also think that the Rebor's velociraptor and I-toy's dilophosaurus are incredible. I'm looking foward to buy them for new photos.

As you can see, I prefer Jurassic Park style dinosaurs. But if you are looking for scientificaly corret dinosaurs, then you may prefer Papo's feathered velociraptor, dilophosaurus, brachiosaurus and stegosaurus and the Beasts of the Mesozoic: raptor series collection.
