Hey guys,It's been a while since I uploaded anything, painfully long
I know I've been rather inactive lately, so take this picture as your proof that I am not dead, I'm still there, drawing.
I tried out some different ways of lighting/shadowing on this Vulpix, I hope you guys like how it turned out.
I have 3 more versions originally, but decided to upload this one since it contains the most detail.
The other ones look like a golden statue and a chocolate version xD
Originally I had a background for this, but decided it looked better without it.
Feel free to comment/fav, I'll be answering everything, even if it takes a while

Yes, it does kinda look like a shiny, doesn't it? But I didn't mean to draw it as a shiny pokemon, I wonder if this Vulpix secretly wanted to be shiny and influenced my pen when I colored her xD

Looks very nice! I love the subtle shades of green; even without a background, I somehow imagine it being in some sort of forest. If one thing bothers me, though, it's that it's so shiny; it almost makes it look... unnatural, like a gold statue. Maybe if the highlights were toned down a bit and a slight bit more detail added to the fur, it might look more realistic (if that's what you were even going for)? :3

You guessed right
The lighting was a try out, I was looking for a way to make her fit in the background as a fire type. But it didn't work out in the end. Because of it, the lighting is a bit harsh.
I did go for a semi-realistic vulpix, but in the end it was more meant to be coloring practice for me than a detailed artwork > w <
