According to commentary, the reason they used the Bugs Bunny suit in this episode was because the review would've been boring otherwise. Seriously, try watching the entire episode ignoring all the times that Bugs Bunny shows up and see how entertaining it is.Since I already did the Bugs Bunny Crazy Castle Title Redux [link] already, I decided to keep this one simple and to the point. I was debating whether to encircle both the Nerd and Bugs in the Looney Tunes circle, but it didn't look right. Hence, what you see now.
