She had a normal pair of glasses with some kind of material on it along with paint.

Oh I see! I actually found some glasses (real ones that look just like Sailor V's mask! I was shocked! And her cosplay of Sailor V is the best in my opinion. I like the darker colors; it seems more...realistic. I'm cosplaying Sailor V next year at Florida Anime so I was wondering if she got the glasses made or she custom made them but in the mean time I found glasses just like her mask! (well they're black but that can be painted over.)
