Another stab at that animation while I'm waiting to hear back from a commissioner.

Does anyone have any tips for smoothing this out? I've added frames and adjusted their times, but I can't seem to make it any more fluid. Maybe I have too many frames? Like, in the middle part. That's the portion that looks just eww, and I'd like it to look better before I try coloring it xD I can't find any tutorials specifically for GIMP on animation that seems to address the issues I'm having, so if anybody has any advice/links to tutorials, I would be delighted xD
