this is X-seven studio member Nala's work, she write the tut in chinese i tanslate it and make it in PS for u~hope u chould get some idea of how to water colouring ~
OC is a small and easy tool to use! im sure u could know how to use it by just try it~^^
i d like to answer any question of how to use OC for u`~ hope u could understand my broken english XD
