Bi-Monthly Warhorse Show- Quintain Jousting Results for Archery posted below
Tired of not being able to find a show in your favorite warhorse discipline? Trying to get your warhorse some quick show experience? All-Warhorses will be hosting a continuous single-class warhorse show. Each class will run for two months and all entries will be due the last day of the second month. See here for more information on the disciplines.
Current class:
Mar - Apr 2014: Quintain Jousting
--Held in a meadow, lots of wildflowers around! There is a stiff breeze and sunny skies.
--There are multiple kinds of "quintain jousting", any will be accepted. Give your horse some barding for bonus points!
May - Jun 2014: Dzhigitovka
Jul - Aug 2014: Tent-Pegging
Sep - Oct 2014: Trekking (in warhorse tack or armor)
Nov - Dec 2014: Mounted Combat/M

Rider: Shinya Saito

Story: Shinya had gotten wind of a mounted archery class being hosted for War Horses and immediately thought about entering with Pompeii. He had been training with her for many months now, feeling that their understanding of one another was strong enough to enter something like this. Pompeii knew just how to be in control of her movements while listening to his ques with even the smallest of his movements.

They had spent some time training in Alderann, setting up a course to practice her riding with his shooting. In between their course rides they would go dragon hunting, pushing their skills to understand each other and know how far each could go. Everything was shaping up well with the two of them as the time came for the Mounted Archery Show.

The cold air nipped at Shinya's skin but the excitement for their ride kept him warm enough to focus. Pompeii was pumped and ready to go, making whinnies and snorts at some of the other entrants as if to say 'watch out, imma win this'. No matter the outcome, Shinya was just there to have fun and see what the two of them could do together. They set out on their course, both pumped and set on the goal.
