The Tenth Doctor (David Tennant) from Doctor Who.I have a new obsession with this show, so have this picture XD
I worked forever on it, and I find that a bit strange because this is a chibi ._. Oh well, I'm pleased with the outcome, and that's all I care about.
Oh, and I'm going to try to stick to this style for when I draw chibis. I keep changing it, but I really do like this one. Some modifications to the style may be made, though.
