Nah, jk, but im sorta worried cause no one answered
well...the fact is that I Ish making this (Spoiler lol), I know I barely upload Wip's, but I needz some help, I can't decide what can it be on the BG, so I can't apply shading or other details, it was supposed to be done in saturday, but I have no clue, help gus?

As for the BG...
Well, perhaps you could do a sunset with clouds. Instead of a nighttime pic. And if you were to do that, make the shading more of a reddish black. And the lighting more...pink-orange.
Or, if it was goign to be a nighttime pic, make the dragon...less visible and more dark.

hmm, I was also wondering that, sunset with clouds, but I actually wanted some lightning on it, but I don't know how to locate it, but I start with the clouds and I don't like it, yeah, maybe I'll do a sunset, thanks

it's odd that you shade with black though- i'd think it woudl be better for you if you shade with a color like a dark purple, then set the layer to "Multiply" and lower the opactiy. It woudl look more realistic that way ^^
But it's your style... so haha you don't have to pay attention to my advice if you don't want

I actually use each different layer for each color, (like anyone else), and I shade in different layers for each color, then, when I think I'm done with the BG, I colorize them and test which shading color and lightness I want em to be, oh and, I already did that about layers, right now is the 68%

The shading you already have on the dragon is kind of dark, and almost suggests back lighting, so somehow i see a brilliant orange/red sunset over the ocean. I'd continue the rocks behind the dragon, to make it a rocky shore. I see the sky taking up a bit more of the page than the ocean, and th ocean is reflecting the warm light of the sky but contains a wash of the same teal color thats on the dragons body.
Hope i could help, obviously you could do it anyway you wanted, but something about the rock and the dragons color suggested the ocean to me.

Colorizing and experimenting with what brightness and such looks right is a fine way to perfect your digital art, as far as I can see! As long as your still aware of the light source and shadows when your coloring it, i can't see any issue with your techniques. And your welcome, good luck with the background!
