Ok, well I know this is a few months later, but this reply might benefit the few who see it. To find the original Steve skin in order to make your own Minecraft skins, the link is here: [link]
Using that, you make your own Minecraft skin using your favourite image editing tool, making sure that the end product is the same size as the original, and from that you use it to make your own Minecraft papercraft (as shown in the video tutorial I linked to in the description for the individual PewDiePie and Stephano deviantArt art submission).

No, sorry, I'm not the one who designs these papercrafts. You'll probably have to ask the guy who made the pattern for these models, or at least ask the Minecraft community in general on their forums. A lot of people should know how to design their own Minecraft skins, unfortunately I'm not one of them

I'm not really too sure that my papercrafts are *that* neat. I mean, looking at my papercrafts now, I can certainly see many places where there have been mistakes, some sides aren't totally in line with each other, etc. Though, to get the sharp edges, when folding I crease the edge with my thumbnail.

sounds sweet, I don't think I've seen a detailed Stephano papercraft model yet.
