-Basically, this is what a pdo file looks like opened, and what I use to make the majority of my papercrafts.-

This is the open "pdo" file of this papercraft of the pokemon Squirtle (which you open in a free program called "Pepakura Viewer") to view the 3D model and 2D parts of the papercraft.

This is what I use to print my parts out for most of my papercraft models. The 3D model can rotate and show only the parts you've clicked on, and is really, really helpful for making complicated paper models.
