Cecilia is a nice girl, but a bit sarcastic. At first she may seem hard to read, but after a short time it's easy to tell what she's feeling. She loves hearing long stories from strangers.

Accesories: Map, Telescope, Bag with pokeballs, first aid kit, potions, Her belt, Money pouch, water bottle, cell phone and berries.

Clothes: Cecila likes to look good, and enjoys her vest/skirt/hat ensemble the most. However her blue and aqua alternate outfit is often the one she uses while surfing on Ariel or just lazy days. Whenever she faces a gym leader, however, her darker outfit is worn.

Cecilia lived in Vermillion City as a child; her father worked on the S.S.Anne so she often got to travel and meet people from Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh. She got her first pokemon, a Riolu, from her uncle while visiting. Shortly after it evolved, she captured her own pokemon; a dratini. As she got older, she traveled more and captured the pokemon she has now. However he first three were Sam, Cardinal and Ariel.
Cecilia adores sea travel and often rides Ariel nonstop.

Sam is almost the leader of the group, and often stops Oops from doing stupid things. His closest friend of the bunch is Captain Chuckles.

Lapras
Aka: Ariel
Level: 70
Ice Beam, Surf, Rain Dance, Hydro Pump
Named after a Disney character, Ariel manages to live up to the name. The nicest of the bunch, she carries Cecilia nearly everywhere and adores swimming all day.

Dragonite
Aka: Cardinal
Level: 65
Fly, Outrage, Wing Attack, Dragon Rush

Cardinal is the most loving pokemon, and often enjoys picking the others up and flying around with them. Though this either terrifies or annoys the rest of the gang, he likes it. Cardinal flies by Ariel and Cecilia when they surf.

Sunflora
Aka: Solar
Level: 60
Mega Drain, Leaf Storm, Solar Beam, Grasswhistle

Solar is often running about acting like a spazz. The most hyperactive of Cecilia's pokemon, she's often watched by Captain Chuckles so she and Oops don't get into trouble.

Houndoom
Aka: Captain Chuckles
Level: 55
Flamethrower, Crunch, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang

Despite his scary appearance, Captain Chuckles is a huge softie. However because of his obvious hatred of his name, Cecilia often just calls him Captain.

Spinda
Aka: Oops
Level: 50
Psybeam, Sucker Punch, Teeter Dance, Double Edge

Despite Oops' helpless look, it is one Spinda that packs a punch. However because it's a Spinda, it often finds itself falling over things on accident or just being weird.
