Description

The Invid Horseshoe Crab Gunship was the Regis's answer to the Regent's Scorpion Assault Cruiser. Powerful but small, these provided the heavier firepower needed to fight Zentreadi Battleships. They were roughly the size of an ARMD cruiser, but significantly more heavily armored and armed. After the invasion of Earth, the Regis decided that she no longer needed these ships, so she re-evolved them into clamship troop carriers.

I don't know who created the original design. I found it a while back when looking up Invid ships. I liked it, and decided to hold onto the picture. While making the model I decided to move the design closer to the Horseshoe Crab to make it a competitor for the Scorpion.
