Poor Carl...I blame Monogram for his lack of interaction with the ladies.
I went to Carl's blog...but it wouldn't let me ask him a question! Guess that means he's no longer taking questions at the moment...sigh. Would've loved seeing his response to my question. Oh well, guess I'll just have to wait.

In all honesty I have no idea what a Wacom Bamboo Fun is. My guess is it's a fancy tablet. All I know is that drawing must be easier on that than on mircosoft paint...which leads me to ask...where exactly can one find a tablet?

Wacom is the most popular brand of tablets, Bamboo Fun is a model of tablet they made a few years ago. Not sure if they still make it. You can buy tablets at most electronic stores, like Best Buy. Or off the internet, I suggest checking out Wacoms website if you're interested to learn more. I still use MS Paint for sketching and making sprites so having a tablet really doesn't effect which program you draw on. Though most tablets come with a downloadable version of Photoshop Elements and other programs you could use.

For some reason, I have this idea that one of the reasons Carl works at the OWCA is because his aunt (who I think is Admiral Acconom) would take him there when she had to babysit and work at the same time...thus the OWCA headquarters are as familar as home...headcannon is weird. I swear, it pops up out of nowhere...
And for some reason, when I read 'He probably keeps the poor boy locked in the OWCA at all times' my brain translated that to 'He probably keeps the poor boy locked in an OWCA closet'
...Seriously, thy brain is a funny thing.

I can see Carl being kept in a closet when he's not needed. Maybe it's his 'time out' area. But I refer to what Tyler Mann said in an interview for my headcannon. Carl hacked OWCAs website and filled out an application. I also believe the Mayors assistant is his mom. They look too much alike for them not to be related.
Good luck, tablets are amazing but they are a little funny getting used to. They can also be expensive. There are cheaper ones but I suggest sticking to the Wacom brand if you can.
