Edit: Fuuuuu I messed up :/ I got very confused and realized I put the wrong name in the piece! (I'll have to edit that for the finished product to reflect the name change to Red-X and the Outcasts -______-Alright, I have been working on this for quite some time and I am still not satisfied with the result lol Mammoth's shoulder looks off even though it is in the right position and there are a few other things I just dont like. But at least you can see the character designs and how much I have changed them. You can't tell what I changed on Kyd because his cape is covering it (Look at my "Brothers" pic for an idea of what has changed). Red-X has changed to a more combat-ready suit with many pouches. Jinx has grow up a bit and her costume has changed as well. The only one who hasn't changed is Mammoth lol. Everyone should be to-scale.
Oh, and this is the team from my story "Anarchy Teens". By the end of the story, they change their name (an homage to Red Hood and the Outlaws). Not much of a spoiler.

Criticism on: Not bad,however the only issue I have is Blackfire; she looks more like a man with long hair and a big chest. Could say to try and thin her face a bit. Won't go into details since you might change this pic on your own time.
Criticism off: Pretty good art here, liking Red X's look and pose. Keep up the good work.

Yeah, this is a def WIP... i don't really like the BG and will be doing more with it... just more of a "here's what I am doing" thing. But I agree. Her head should be narrower and more pointed.
