If so, I found out if I get the NGP/ or..err.. psp2, I can download adhoc party and play online with PS3 players >D

No, I don't have PS3, but I have a 360.

But still, I don't have wifi or unlimited internet to where I can just hook it up, get online and start playing. :C I'm getting fed up with all the things that I can't do due to my internet. It's just a usb that you hook into the tower and it gives you so many MBs to use (I have like 5000 mbs to use each month). It's not awesome.

It's like the size of files/pics/things that you download to look at. You use mbs everyday just looking at websites.
